It can be scary and intimidating trying to plan for your loved one’s arrival home from the hospital; and having to adjust to being alone and caring for themself. All Home Instead Care Pros have extensive knowledge and training on ways to help individuals transition back into their homes and daily routines.

We promote flexible thinking about aging and recovering from an illness. We understand and value the benefit of keeping older adults engaged, independent, and included. We tackle common health issues for older adults and make sure our Care Pros are aware of the warning signs of needing further help in the home. Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments are things all our care pros are trained and excel in. It is our goal to take the stress out of returning home and make it a simple and smooth transition home.
